Linux will not get the .exe files...as i will use only .rpm for the package

ok i have a toshiba M115-S3094 what type of linux works best on it and can it
open ALL exe files and run as good as windows and work nice and fast with all
my hardware like the wi-fi card and the dvd drive plus all of the other ports
on this laptop. thanks for the helpps i like ubuntu and i know someone who runs
open suse
