Sorry Paul - I checked out the link but I didn't understand anything that's 
written on that page (except for the word "registry", which is something I stay 
very far away from). But then I have no idea what Ghostscript is, or even what 
a Postscript preprocessor is. I think we just have very different levels of 
knowledge about all of this.

My feeling is, if the printer prints, then I'm happy. If it doesn't then I'd 
probably reinstall the printer driver, and if that doesn't work I'd probably 
buy a new printer. Fortunately I haven't had to do either of those.
