Welcome.

If it doesn't work out, I guess the ROM size select could be (ab)used
for some trickery if the location of the tables can be controlled.

I.e. make sure it's below the top 64kb of ROM and use region size to
switch between RAM and ROM.

Hope the decode works out though, it's a lot cleaner.
