Well you essnetially get a memory hole that ends at 4GB.  On most
systems it is so small you don't notice it.  But on one system we
had with I think dolphin cards, there was a 512MB pci memory resource.
When it was 512MB align the system lost 1GB of RAM...  5GB out of 6GB
wasn't to bad but a little disapointing.
