We get stuck with monte in an uninterruptible sleep (DL flag in ps) on 2.2.19 / msc3675A. This is when calling with the -s option (no kernel setup)

I've had good luck with 2.2.17 on ms7308e. The catch is that I have to use setpci to fixup anything in a slot before calling monte. Fortunatly, my application (slave node) doesn't typically call for any extra hardware.
