Mail from ILUG-BOM list (Non-Digest Mode)
Have a problem with Fetchmail. When I run it, the login and other
stuff goes on smoothly. But the problem comes when it is retrieving
the mails. There is no further activity when it reaches something
like this,
Retr 1
Reading message x of xx (xxxx octates)
After this nothing happens. The ~/.fetchmailrc file looks something
like this,
poll pop.softhome.net proto pop3
user rajen there with password try breaking it is rajen here
I don't think there is any problem with the rc file, as it is able
to login correctly. I can't figure out why it stops at retrieving
the mail. Is there any configuration to be done with Sendmail. I am
asking this because the man pages say that fetchmail delivers the
incoming mail to the local mail delivery agent. I have not done any
changes in the Sendmail configuration.
