Infact, I have had a bad experience with almost all GTK+ mail clients,
including Balsa. Finally, I switched to KDE and started using Kmail, but I
wasn't too pleased with that too. So finally, I ended up with Pine. And
hey, it rocks!

Actually, I'm not using wxWindows either. Mainly, because I do all my
coding in C and not C++. I'm not sure whether the Mahogany woes are
attributable to wxWindows, but it's quite possible.

I checked it out. The stable version is still at 0.1, but development
version is 0.5. The RAD tools aren't really in place yet, but development
is pretty active. This does seem to be a good thing, and might cause
Inprise to lose some sleep :)

Ditto. I feel like helping out on so many projects, but have absolutely no
time. I'll have some time after November though (after my CA final
exams -- one group left :( ). But then I'll be working on my own baby
FreeBC, a GPLed accounting software for Linux. BTW, If anyone would like
to assist me on that, please mail me. Also, I got a minimal database
engine code ready for it, if anyone wants to hack on it.
