Netscape has nothing to do with this. This is a design issue with X --
it drove me nuts when I was playing around with console fonts, and
everytime I went to X and back, my settings would be gone. X ideally
ought to capture settings when switching into X, and restore when
switching out. Instead, it captures only when starting up and restores
whenever switching out.
