Create directory /home/httpd/html/mayuresh. Give it appropriate
permissions (0755 should be okay).
It should work now. If not, in the httpd access.conf file, try adding
something like:
<Directory /home/httpd/html/mayuresh>
Options Indexes Includes FollowSymLinks ExecCGI
</Directory>
