You don't have to.  If your document root is /home/httpd/html (as it is)
then anything under that (mayuresh/) will show up as directly under the
server root (http://host/mayuresh/)

Just set appropriate read permissions for the directory and the files in
it.  Also, your CGI programs *must* have a .cgi extension.  If they are in
cgi-bin they can have any extension, but anywhere else they have to have a
.cgi extension.
