I downloaded the source of an app. called OpenDx (http://www.opendx.org)
It required the Mesa Libs and Lesstif, both of which I downloaded. But it
still refused to compile. So I downloaded the source of Mesa and Lesstif.
Then it started compiling. I ran make - it kept doing something for over
fifteen minutes and then finally I got "Error 1"

What is error 1 and what do I do now?
