Hi all,

    Some of the views being circulated on the list say that we shouldn't
charge anything. That is clearly impractical. *We cannot allow Nagarjuna to
bear all the expenses of the meet.* Kiran says that attendance is too low to
start considering a regular fee. I agree with him. Part of the reason for
such a low attendance is the venue itself. Coming to the issue of fees,
something  we could do is
start charging a gate fee to cover the refreshment expenses unless somebody
is sponsering those.

    A flat fee of 50Rs sounds reasonable. Only those attending need pay.
Payment should be optional. This I suppose can be the immediate solution.
