Squid is http only(?) proxy, which means on port 80 or 8080
or whatever u have configured squid to use.

What u need is a masquerading trough ipchains. If u want any
special services like icq, iirc etc u have to load special
modules for that. Use modprobe module-name to load
respective modules and then enable ip forwarding in kernel.
Then use ipchains to masquerad ur internal ip with that of
ISP.
