Dear Chetan,
First of all you need more ram...atleast 32MB for good X performance...and kindly
change your window manager from KDE to icewm or windowmaker..or any thing
lighter...i.e no KDE/Gnome...these Window managers are quiet heavy on resources....
you can use yast for configuring or changing your window manager..type yast at the
prompt..:-))
now you can configure sound by editing ..../etc/modules.conf..uncoment the relevant
lines for your sound card...
or you can download the alsa sound drivers & alsaconf from ftp.suse.com and run it for
sound configuration...
