I tried to install Corel Linux from March 2000 Chip CD.
the graphic interface that appears is not readable. most of the part of
that window is white, anything written is dark black ob black bg,
clicking on "close window" converts mouse cursor to a 1"x1" white patch.
some buttons are there. tooltips on mouse rollover on these buttons
brings something black written on black bg. clicking on these
buttons converts them to black.
i have sis display on 440ZX, 8MB AGP, 48X creative infra
i wonder if anything can be done at that point because system has just
booted from this CD without asking any question about anything and
without giving any option. It is a surprise that mouse was working.
please suggest if anything is possible.
