just a little modification. you might like to use advice only if the
advisor uses the right polite/requesting presentation. No?

In this entire transaction, i do want to make some observations.
some of the linuxures (yes, i am using the word) are using very terse
type of lines like
"control your line limit."
"do not copy unnecessary mail."
"give a proper subject."
"learn netiquetes"
and mostly they are sending mails specially to write such one-liners, or
include these lines at the top of their mails.
may be it might be effective on 4 year old children. but some of us
20-30-40 year guys may find it offending.
i suggest that such advices be included in a mail like one made by
philip, and that may be periodically posted by ml-admin.
people should not use such terse statements at the onset of their
letter, and if they can't contain themselves from sending such advices,
please send by direct mail to the person.
please don't mock anybody in full public view.
please don't highlight somebody mistake to others.
human dignity comes before nettiquete.
11th commandment: you will forget this all.
