We'll so the latest versionis free andso is4.5 which I use on Win. I'm not
going to make my pages Netscape 3 compatible for some antiquated fellow. And
Iknow what free meansfor this group.

DEsigners should keep their pages such that text browsers can read them but
as far as old browsers are concerned - i think thats too much. Basically
text browsers read all the text and links so thats no big deal.

I think its stupid to crib about tables and frames being slow.
