Not really. Its a free choice to use the net for any purpose as long as 
its not illegal. Even if we get 256 KBps unlimitted connections, we will 
still crave for 512, then 1 MBps, then 10 MBps. The ideal speed would be 
one where we can download an entire dvd within one second.
