My own experience with the Hathway's Freeway 256 kbps
plan has been really good. I get speeds close to 256
kbps consistently though I don't think i get full 256
kbps. Initally when I used the 64kbps shared plan the
service really sucked. But, since I upgraded to
Freeway I have really got a good service. Only had a
downtime of 1 day in the 3 months i've used it. Though
I would recommend you to get more opinions from other
users of this plan. My personal experience with this
has been really good. I pay Rs. 1000 p.m. for the
service + Rs. 100 p.m. for modem rent(modem can also
be bought outright for 3k) + Rs. 100 approx as 10.2%
service tax.
