I really do not understand why they have this download limit. Even in 1999 when
broadband was just being introduced in the US the speeds were 1 MBPS plus and no
limits and all for equivalent of 2000/month.

Tataindicom currently has no router based plans available. They are out of IPs 
or
some switches that can accomodate those. I couldnt really follow the 
explaination
of the sales person.

A neighbor has hathway: And cannot get hotmail to open up. Does anyone else have
the same problem?
