You do realise that Sweden and Norway get 100 Mbit/s symmetric to the Internet for ~ INR 4000? You do realise that it would be even cheaper in terms of running costs to wire up Mumbai once properly and run it right? (< 10000 INR for a single ethernet cable connected to a managed switch running to a flat, < 1000 INR/mth to run, including expensive marketing costs).
