Hey arun,

I am using APC Back-UPS ES500. No probs till now. Works perfectly well
with my Fedora Core 2 and apcupsd. I get it to shutdown after a while
when there is a power outage. Works pretty well. Happy customer here :)

Dinesh ,
I am using the ES 500 as well but there is no computer interface . Maybe i missed it or is covered .. Could u please tell me where the usb or serial port on it is .
