Can we all write to NRCFOSS e.g to fund and organise statewise meets on FOSS and egovernance with following agenda 1. Demo Best experiences and practices 2. bring at least one MP (preferably a minister) to the forum 3. provide forum for critics 4. Involve LUG in a transparent way through this kind of mailing list 5. set example by sponsoring a project in each state that truly answer the needs 6. Explain priorities with variation as applicable in each state. LUG meets should discuss such matters online/offline and give concrete suggestions ( I donot want to snatch away the fun of the armchair LUGGIST to criticise one and all.
