Prevent new DTS use "port". If upstream have used it already, we have to keep it as deprecated. But no upstream dts use it yet, simple remove it can successfully prevent a new dts use "port". Other downstream tree is not well reviewed. We needn't consider that, especially in bind doc, which define ABI, not make "real" function broken.
