Hello Team, I would like to use the Linuxptp program to configure a Master clock but I noticed my Linux Kernel does not contain the SOF_TIMESTAMPING_TX_SOFTWARE. I have read in the numerous mailing lists that it requires only adding a line of code as follows:
"So, you need to add one line, skb_tx_timestamp(), into the MAC driver in order to get ptp4l working with SW timestamping on your hardware. " However, I am not very conversant Linux, and if anyone experienced the same technical issue and was able to solve it. Kindly walk me through it. Many thanks, Jenny
