PTP over WiFi is not supported in Linux for which reason? Is it due to
WiFi standard, linux driver or PTP implementation?

IIRC, the Rpi does not have a MAC at all.

This is MAC address. That doesn't tell me anything. I asked about
the driver. What hardware are you using? What device driver?

In general, PTP over Wifi does not work on Linux at all.
