Actually, with NVidia driver version 76xx I think it's more suitable to use "NVreg_Mobile=1" since it's the only way to get dpms turn off the backlight (which saves the battery on a laptop, and increases the backlight lifetime I think) > For some reason I had major issues with getting twinview working (I have > almost the same setup as you), and that solved it.
