I wondered the same. There seems to be a mix of ohs and zeroes. I
*think* the one is slightly elongated, but I wouldn't swear to it.
I'm going to give them a call tomorrow to ask the *format* of the
barcode number (ie is it 12345-AAAAAA or whatever). At least then
we'll know which are numbers and letters.

I've tested out the form, if you enter in anything it just sends you to
that not qualified page. I have a gut feeling we're missing something or
hp is having some 'logical' programming errors. I mean when a company
says it's recalling packs made on a certain date with a certain serial
number - it can't be that only certain packs are effected that meet that
criteria. Tomorrow I'm planning on giving hp a call and try to figure
out if I can get a new pack.
