What do you guys think, could the reason for our lack of qualification be that I'm out of warranty, and a lot of us are? My opinion of a recall would be that warranties would not apply, and it seems _no one_ is able to get a new battery via that online form.

I've tested out the form, if you enter in anything it just sends you to
that not qualified page. I have a gut feeling we're missing something or
hp is having some 'logical' programming errors. I mean when a company
says it's recalling packs made on a certain date with a certain serial
number - it can't be that only certain packs are effected that meet that
criteria. Tomorrow I'm planning on giving hp a call and try to figure
out if I can get a new pack.
