Hi. I know of these wishes, and it's not impossible that I will implement them... The thing I'm (very slowly) working on at the moment is an optimization of the sample lookup in the sfz engine. I think I'm going to try to finish that first. I think the group/off_by feature is already implemented though? > This is something I wish to be implemented as soon as possible. > While testing with other samplers (dssi-vst, only a sampler called > samplelord did the job satisfactory) I found that it sounded a little > bit more neutral with a velocity sensitive lowpass filter (fil_type, > fil_veltrack) So this too would be nice, I expect that there is more > work implementing filters.. but it should be doable? Sure. Some time ago I started at the wrong end, and made some measurements of the filter of SFZ Player. When I failed to figure out how the cutoff frequency correlated to the input parameters I gave up for the moment. But of course it is not necessary, or even desirable, to have the filter to behave exactly like SFZ Player. /Andreas ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ThinkGeek and WIRED's GeekDad team up for the Ultimate GeekDad Father's Day Giveaway.
