Hi. I know of these wishes, and it's not impossible that I will 
implement them... The thing I'm (very slowly) working on at the moment 
is an optimization of the sample lookup in the sfz engine. I think I'm 
going to try to finish that first.

I think the group/off_by feature is already implemented though?

Sure. Some time ago I started at the wrong end, and made some 
measurements of the filter of SFZ Player. When I failed to figure out 
how the cutoff frequency correlated to the input parameters I gave up 
for the moment. But of course it is not necessary, or even desirable, to 
have the filter to behave exactly like SFZ Player.
