Aah nice, the off_by opcode is only for the pedal action stuff so it's 
actually not 'needed' before CC triggering is in there.. for my piano at 
least ;P I just released a new version of it if you happen to be on the 
linux-audio-users list.. I will post it in the LS forum tomorrow..

Does the sfz implementation in LS stream ogg vorbis yet? it at least 
doesn't seem to do so..
