Np. On mailing lists in general it is common to select "Reply to all", which will automatically reply to the list and all people being active in the discussion/topic so far. Main reasons for that common procedure is to allow other people subscribed on the list to follow the discussion as well, and the entire discussion to be easily found from the public list archives (e.g. when the next user googles for the same "problem xy" in future). People being CCed is not a problem, nor do I care, if somebody does not want to receive duplicate emails due to being CCed, then that person might simply check the option "no duplicates" from her/his personal list subscription settings.
