I do not allow windows on any of my servers or workstations at work. If they want windows, they have to bring there own computer and connect to the school network.

Its about letting people use whatever they want for an operating system with the hardware they purchased. If Microsoft existed and did not TRY to harm the open source movement, or force people to use their software, I would not have a problem with them. I would only disagree with their license choices.
