i requested it one the first day. got it the same day but after i went
to bed. Yesterday i was not able to bring up the registration page
each time i tried. Today was the first i was able to bring up the web
page but it took a couple refresh attempts to get it to go through and
complete the registration. Why they go through the effort to gernerate
a serial number for you and then make you do an added step to register
it is ... well... dumb. They already knew what serial number i had.
They sent it to me. The registration process didn't ask me for any new
info. whats the point.

...defective by design.
