The key for me, more a business user of Linux than a hobbyist, is: Is there a debian variant specifically set up to just load and run on the Eee-PC? I'm not so sure I need stripped, my specs are quite good: 1.6 Ghz Atom processor, 1 Gig memory, 40G total SSD drives.
