Hey,

So I am using Crunchbang Linux (Ubuntu 8.10 derived) and have an existing anonymous samba share setup on a separate server that I use to backup files. The samba share works perfectly read/write from my wife's MS Windows based PC. Using a tool called smbnetfs, I can connect from my linux PC read/write to the samba share, but I get disconnected everytime I begin writing files. So I want to know if you guys can help me mount my anonymous samba share using the regular mount tools in linux and have read/write capability. So far all my attempts have given me only read capability.

Thanks,

-Brian G.
