I'm going to have to try one of these HTPC machines for a media center
too - this looks pretty cool.   I've heard pretty good things about
XBMC Live so far - I think they had a booth at scale last year even. 
Pete, are you coming down for scale conference this year?  You should -
you can meet and hangout with most of use in LA for the weekend.

Thanks everyone for all the useful comments on this question so far.  I
really think it's cool how much everyone can contribute when one of us
