Really? I had all kinds of troubles with graphics. The jockey GUI had two drivers, I chose one, and it said it failed for one reason or t'other...then I tried the other one and it didn't work, either. When I restarted the interface, it showed four drivers, two of which seemed to be meta-entries for the original two. The meta-entries were selected, but it said they still wouldn't work. As promised, they didn't! I gave up and installed Fedora :P it'd been too long since I used it. On Fedora, my graphics *did* work out of the box, except for 3D acceleration....sorry, Ubuntu list. Does anyone know why the graphics wouldn't have worked? Oh, I have a nvidia card? Maybe you were using integrated or ATI? --MarkTraceur _______________________________________________ LinuxUsers mailing list LinuxUsers@socallinux.org http://socallinux.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/linuxusers
