I found the post objectionable because it felt like someone prompting
new Linux users to get back something they lost when they switched to Linux.

Now, I read that the script was interesting and informative, but it
wasn't posted with a message stating that the intent was educational. Of
all the things there are to learn about Linux, making your screen look
like MS Windows is not even on my radar.

On the flip side, each member of this group has the option to filter out
all emails from Alex Xavier on their local mail client... so, should the
group moderator run interference or leave it up to each one of us to
deal with it as we choose? I haven't filtered him to the bit bucket yet,
but I will if I find his posts a continued waste of time and distraction.

Alex's posts aren't blatant spam... but they do have the air of
(disguised?) spam about them...

My $0.02 worth.

John
