CentOS is the BAAP of RHEL so you can use centos kernel rpm for rhel. Try the
link below:

Hi Guys..
I need Redhat Enterprise Linux 4 kernel update.
I have been googling around for one.. but failed to get RHEL-4 kernel
in RPM form!
The problem is bcos i want RPM! Perhaps, owing to the
comercialisation of RHEL, its kernel is not easily available.. in my
case 'unavailable'!
Does anyone have any download links to RHEL 4 upgrade-kernel ie. a
version
over kernel-2.6.9-5?
adios

Ps:
I downloaded kernel-2.6.17xxFC4.i686.rpm from Fedora projects..
hoping that will work! will update u guys if it did on RHEL AS4.
