Don't even think about this, Wikipedia will never accept such a huge
HOWTO-style article. You really should check whether a certain Wiki will
accept the content before you put it there. The article has even been
marked for deletion where you put it on wikia.com.

I think setting up an own Wiki on SF would be overkill, it would just get
spammed. But the content should be fine on wikia.com, I think. If you
find a better place there at least (maybe open a new wiki there).
