I agree with Martin; Wikipedia isn't really the place for this kind of
information which isn't strictly speaking "encyclopedic". I don't know
about wikia.com, but I assume the editorial policies are similar.

Please reconsider using the Ubuntu wiki. Yes, I realize that is not
based on MediaWiki and is slightly different, but all you need to do
is create a user account and start a new page, such as:
<https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Install_linuxwacom_driver>. The system will
tell you this page doesn't exist yet and will prompt you to create it.
Open the editing window, which will be empty, paste your text in, save
it, and you are done. Including creating a user acccount, this should
take you all of ninety seconds. You can let another user more familiar
with the MoinMoin formatting codes take care of the layout.
