I have a similar situation with the X60-table in Edgy. The tablet works pretty well after boot, but after sleep or hibernation it only works half the time. Often I can suspend and resume only to find it not working, then often suspending again will bring it up again. A proper procedure for shutting the serial port down and bringing it up again so that the xinput stuff will work would be greatly appreciated.
