Not really.. One part of the initiation of the X-driver is to call the kernel 
device to make sure only the X-driver gets any movement report. So once you 
got the Input Device configured and working you shouldn't see any movement 
with wacdump anymore. Test with xidump, that should produce some result from 
now on.

There are a few here. Some are better answering certain things than others 
(one reason I haven't replied until now), and from time to time you do get
