I tested wacomcpl a bit more.  I could not create duplicated lines in
.xinitrc.  What linuxwacom version are you using?  Can you list the
steps you used to create duplicated lines?  I want to fix this
problem.

For the suggestion of adding a "Save" button and save to a file other
than .xinitrc, it is not a problem from development point of view.
But, the purpose of wacomcpl was for users who know little or nothing
of the system and don't want to do anyhting extra after they run
wacomcpl.  If we make wacomcpl as suggested, those users would
complain.  I think it would be easier (and reasonable) for savvy users
to modify their wacomcpl to save to a different file if it is
necessary or they prefer.
