And to save one more email from Luigi .. I do not buy the argument
that this is simply "out of scope" as this would really mean "out
of practical reality".

May be I was unclear. What I wanted to say is that this was out of
scope of the papers that were cited in the thread.
Ahh ok - it was not clear. Of course it makes sense to divide the work
into chunks.
I truly think that security issues need to be explored, understood,

But for me this is not really a security issue, but scaling issue of
possible production legitimate use rather then any form of attack.
