Hi Suresh, 

IMHO, Section 5.1 of 6833bis be updated to refer to the IANA registry rather 
than echoing it. 

Anyway, I updated the draft as follows: 

OLD:
  The values in the ranges 5-7 and 9-14 can be assigned via ..

NEW:
  Values can be assigned via ..
