We're having a very bad problem with AOL's 'spam filter' again
(which is silently discarding a big proportion of legitimate
mailing list traffic again).

This is costing us ridiculous amounts of time because these
subscribers really want those messages badly, but don't seem to
understand that they could work around the problem by signing
up at one of the free web-based email services.

I have tried to contact [EMAIL PROTECTED] more than two weeks
ago but received no reply besides the automated acknowledgment.

Is there any other way to contact the AOL postmaster staff?

Perhaps there is a place where the customers themselves can log
a complaint that they're really missing those messages?
