In three of those it was an autoresponder-like thing that incorrectly accused of spamming. Beartooth's scheme would be of no advantage in such cases. Did you then (or do you now) maitain evidence of her confirmation for joining the list? Is maintaining such evidece a good idea? Anyboyd do it? And if so, how?
