I was trying to avoid having everyone log into our intranet, at least until we rewrite it which will be in 6mos or so. Yes, we do have Enterprise. We are running a cluster of 2 servers w/CF Ent 4.5.1 and win2k. Any instructions would be a big help. I've heard from some that it's difficult to setup. Is it? or is it pretty logical to understand?

Are you willing to have the managers log in to view this information?
Also, do you have Enterprise? This sounds to me like an issue where
Advance Security would come in handy for you. If this is a yes, I can
walk you thorugh the steps to set this up.
